Definitions
Client: The person paying for the service
Consultation, Consult: The process where the Client and a Representative from Connexis Career Services discuss, via telephone, the clients background to gather appropriate information to create resume or LinkedIn Profile.
Reservation System: The process of scheduling a time to talk with a Representative from Connexis Career Services.
Holidays: United Sates holidays and include: New Year’s Day, Easter and Good Friday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, July 4 Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day (observed), Thanksgiving Day, December 24 Christmas Eve, December 25 Christmas Day
Delivery
After receiving payment for purchased services, Connexis Career Services will send a link that will allow the client to select a date and time for a consult with a Connexis Career Services representative. Within three days after the Consult, the Client will receive the final product.
Refund policy
If Connexis Career Services is not able to accommodate the Client’s desired meeting time within 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, from the original date requested, that was submitted via the Client through our reservation system, then Client will be refunded within 3 days of request. For example: Client request to have their Consultation on May 12, 2017 at 2:00PM Connexis Career Services is not available on May 12, 2017 at 2:00PM and request to schedule for May 17, 2017 at 3:00PM. Since May 17 is more than 72 hours from May 12, 2017 the Client has the right for a refund and can do so by sending an email to tony@connexissearch.com.
Satisfaction Guarantee
The client as the right to ask for a revision of final product if they are not satisfied with the original document. The revision must be request via email to tony@connexissearch.com within 7 days, including weekends and Holidays) of receiving final product. The Client is entitled to two revisions from the original document.
Results guarantee
Connexis Career Services offers resume writing and interview consulting services. We cannot guarantee that the Client will secure a job interview or a new job because of our services. There are too many variables involved in securing a job interview or a job and a resume and/or our advice is only one part of the equation.
Disclaimer
You should acknowledge that resume and other features / services on this website shall be offered as it is. Nothing on this website shall give you any explicit or implicit warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, usability for specific purposes and/or conditions of merchantability, including but not limited to non-infringement of intellectual property or local rules and regulations.
You should acknowledge and consent that we shall not be responsible for any claims or expenses, including but not limited to, attorney fees that might arise from the use of our products or services being offered on this website, infringement of your property rights or unauthorized access to your account, personal identity or any information stored on any portion of our website.

You should acknowledge and consent that including links to third party websites or publishing their ads should not be deemed as our implicit or explicit endorsement of third party products and services.
